I am so sorry to hear about your horrific loss. When I was in high school, I occasionally rode around with Dale when he was a Canisteo Police Officer. I never forgot the kindness and guidance I learned from him as a police officer, and when I became a NYS Trooper, I relied upon those values and experiences. Thank you Dale. Rest In Peace.
